As some of you know, this week has been pretty crazy in our household. Our dog tore his ACL a couple months back, and we had the knee repaired on Tuesday.
This has meant countless hours of physio and care for our crazy beast, leaving me little to no time to crochet, let alone write about crochet. Alas, it has been a few days since I last posted, so I am using a brief quiet moment to get something up on the blog for you.
Creating a new pattern was out of the question for this week, so I thought I would take advantage of the hashtag trend of #flashbackfriday as an excellent excuse to go back into the archives of projects I have completed and pull something out of there. Fortunately, I’ve made some pretty cute things over the years, and this Puff Stitch Slouch Hat was one of my favourites. It is still my go to pattern to whip up a slouchy style hat for a snowy winter day.
I have adapted the pattern slightly for fit and to hide the seam, but click here for the original pattern. You can also order a custom size and colour from me for $20 by using the email or contact form located here.
I am hoping things will slow down around here soon so I can get back to creating some awesome new patterns for you to try, but until then, I hope you enjoy making my favourite slouchy hat pattern!
